CNC Machining (Turning & Milling)
VJ Goodall’s carries an extensive range of CNC machining capabilities, including a diverse range of both CNC machine centers and CNC lathes.
Not only do we specialise in producing small and large size componentry, regardless of its complexity, application or material, but VJ Goodall’s can also accommodate both one-off bespoke projects as well as large scale production runs.
In Addition to be being ISO 9001 accredited, we also maintain various other quality assurance systems ensuring dimensional accuracy, batch consistency and overall finish quality.
CNC machining capabilities include:
- 6 CNC lathes giving 780mm diameter in gap, 580mm diameter over bed with 1000mm between centers. All linked to a Delcam DNC system.
- 4 CNC milling machines with horizontal vertical spindles with up to 800mm x 600mm x 500mm traverse. High speed spindles up to 24,000 rpm. All linked to both Delcam and Licom DNC systems.
