Design & Innovation:

In conjunction with our diverse range of engineering capabilities, VJ Goodall’s also has an extensive working knowledge of food manufacturing. With the help of our experienced design team, we can facilitate various bespoke projects throughout the various stages of production, depending on our customers’ individual requirements. This may include any initial design development, manufacturing and fabrication, installation and testing.

VJ Goodall’s prides itself on offering an ‘all under one roof’ type of service, including 3D CAD CAM design software, CNC and manual machining, metal fabrication, assembly and installation work. This allows us to accommodate all manner of bespoke projects depending on our customers products, manufacturing process or operation, regardless of its complexity or application.

Furthermore, VJ Goodall’s has a wealth of experience in the design, building and maintenance of various systems which are common to various food production machinery and equipment. This may include electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Servicing & Maintenance, On & Off-site:

Additionally, we have an experienced in-house team of service engineers that can ensure our customers’ machinery and equipment is fully functional and runs at optimum efficiency.

Whilst remaining sensitive to our customers’ production schedule and operation, VJ Goodall’s can facilitate machinery breakdowns as well as any periodical servicing and maintenance, either at our purpose-built workshop, or on site at our customers location.
