Fixturing & Assembly

Occasionally our customers request us to assemble or partially assemble their products and componentry before delivery. In addition to our machining services, VJ Goodall’s has a purpose-built workshop housing an assortment of various tooling and equipment allowing us to accommodate any necessary fixturing or assembly work.

Whether machined or fabricated, we can produce any assembly jigs or fixturing’s, therefore allowing us to guarantee both accuracy and consistency when assembling either complex componentry or repetitive jobs.

Furthermore, VJ Goodall’s can install any bearings, seals, hydraulic or pneumatic systems as well as accommodate a variety of fixing hardware, including metric and imperial bolts, Hex or Torx fittings.
